We came as a group of 30+, and everything went smoothly. The staff were quick and friendly, and the food and wine were good. Such a beautiful, special place. Well done!

After a long day sightseeing from castelmus, the four of us arrived hungry at 2 pm on 6 aug 2025. The waiter immediately told us there was no service, even when we asked if we could get soup, salad, or even a small snack. She was very rude and showed no humanity. I advise tourists never to come here. Let them go bankrupt. Maybe that would be a good lesson for them.

The trout parfait with asparagus really lives up to its name. We were welcomed warmly, and the setting at the foot of the charming, intimate castle was lovely. A wonderful find. I'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The terrace has a magnificent view, making it perfect for a sunset dinner. We also loved the friendly atmosphere and thought the prices were excellent for the quality. At Domaine de l’Écrin Vert, the dishes were delicious, made with fresh local ingredients, and the service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. A delightful meal surrounded by nature on the banks of the Tarn River, in an enchanting setting. A real gem and a must-visit if you're in the area.
