Geraldine and Charles were so gracious and helpful during my two nights here in July. I was exploring the area and would have stayed longer if I’d had more time. The main building is beautiful, and my room was spacious and full of light. I liked the authentic decor, and breakfast each day was a lovely treat.

Charles and Geraldine have created a place where guests feel at home and get to know one another. We spent lazy evenings on the terrace and had long conversations with fellow travellers from around the world. The dinners offered here are not to be missed, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with beds as comfortable as the best hotels. It's a perfect little base for exploring The Loire Valley. We're already planning to return!

Charlie and Geraldine made sure we had a wonderful stay, and dinner at the Dixmeresse is a must at least once. Delicious! The house is beautiful and peaceful, with a village right on the doorstep. It's the perfect base for exploring the Loire, and will always be our first choice when we visit the area.

The village is very quiet at night, so we had some wonderfully relaxing nights in the beautiful rooms with their incredibly comfortable beds. Breakfast was great, with lots of organic items and bread and pastries from the local boulangerie. Dinner is tasty if you choose it, and Charles has a great selection of local wines at unbeatable prices. What a fantastic place!

Charles and Géraldine made our holiday amazing. They welcomed us warmly and answered every question with a smile, and helped us arrange restaurants, wine tasting, and sightseeing. We enjoyed refined, high-quality meals and picnics, and the wine was simply delicious. The room was big and tidy, with a very comfortable bed, and the location was great for discovering the region.
