Maison Terra Nova

The room was spacious and well looked after, and the garden was lovely. Breakfast was good too. This is a beautifully renovated B&B, and the hostess was very friendly. Cap Blanc is not far away.

Four days went by much too quickly. We stayed as a family with two adults, children aged 13 and 14, and our newborn, and felt very comfortable. Sandra and Geert really make an effort to make guests feel at home. The food is carefully made and delicious. We especially recommend the seafood platter, though the other meals are worth trying too. Some portions were a bit much for our children, and breakfast was very generous. Our rooms were large, comfortable, and fully equipped. There was also a fenced play space where our dog could run around with the other animals. There’s no pool at Mason Terra Nova, but our children had plenty to do nearby. The area surprised us. We enjoy visiting the Wadden Islands, and this place felt quite comparable, maybe even more fascinating. We’ll definitely return. They had also taken extensive Covid-19 precautions, with hand sanitizer everywhere and Geert and Sandra taking every precaution.

The rooms were clean, well maintained, and new, and the other guests were friendly and welcoming. We’d planned to eat at Terra Nova just once, but Geert and Sandra’s cooking was so good that we stayed for dinner the following evening too. Breakfast was generous, delicious, and made with fresh homemade and local products. Geert also shared some lovely walking and day trip ideas. We had a wonderful stay, and they did everything they could to make it pleasant. Thanks, Geert and Sandra!

Sandra’s meals were worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We stayed for three days at Terra Nova, and the owners looked after us so well. They’re lovely people. All the best to you both, Sabine and Pascal.
