I wouldn’t recommend this place. When I arrived, the owner told me to leave my luggage at the entrance. I took it up to the room when she wasn’t looking, and the next morning she got really angry when she saw me bringing my things down. I ended up making a fake apology just so she’d open the street door and let me leave.

There’s no receipt or card machine, so you need cash for breakfast. Bring the exact amount if you can, since the owner doesn’t have change. Her remarks are inappropriate, she isn’t friendly, and the customer service is inadequate.

The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, and the private bathrooms are really convenient. I’ve stayed with Vivi twice for a week at a time for work and have been delighted both times. She welcomes you like family, and if you take time to talk with her, you’ll learn a lot. She has strong convictions, which I appreciate, and a heart of gold. The location is ideal for exploring Prades, Mount Canigou, and more. I highly recommend it.

We could park nearby, but there’s nowhere to eat in the area, so you need to drive everywhere. The owner was very nice. Our room was okay, though the bathroom was very small, the pillows were uncomfortable, and we had trouble locking the door.
