This place has become a second home for my wife and me. We first stayed for three months last year, then came back for three weeks this year. I love mountain biking, and there are a million different routes to ride each day. We work remotely, so the great internet and beautiful apartments are a big plus. The owners have been welcoming and helpful from day one, and they’re some of the nicest people we’ve met. He’s also a really good cook :) It’s an incredible experience at an affordable price, and we highly recommend it. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Catherine and Padraig gave us such a friendly welcome and plenty of useful information. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped, and tastefully furnished, and it stayed warm and comfortable through the cool late-spring nights. We spent three nights there in May this year, after months of confinement, just wanting a break. We live near the coast by Perpignan, but used the Ria Sirach Apartments as a base for trips into the mountains, Prades, and Vernet les Bains. There were lots of good places to eat, and plenty more attractions we could have visited. Within a day we knew we’d come back, and we’ve booked a winter break. For a comfortable French country retreat with a warm Irish welcome, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend booking here.

The setting is beautiful, and the apartments feel spacious and homely. I’ve stayed here several times because the location is so central for visiting the area. The hosts are exceptional and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

These are comfortable, spacious French apartments with a shabby-chic feel, set in an old foundary building once used by the chief engineer. The welcome is warm, the location is good, and it’s excellent value as a base for exploring this beautiful, historic area.

The hosts are amazing, and the apartments are comfortable, well equipped, and feel like home. It’s a great location between the sea and the mountains.
