Hotel Restaurant 3 Châteaux

The food was tasty, faultless, and served in good quantities. It was great value compared with nearby places. The property has a lot of character, is clean and well looked after, and has a family touch. Thanks to the patient team for helping us in English. We’re looking forward to coming back!

The dining room was packed, but although the restaurant was open, they told us they weren't serving.

The food was a real highlight, with generous portions at reasonable prices, and breakfast was a feast for the money. The chef clearly knows what they're doing. Our room had a lovely interior, a spacious walk-in shower, double sinks, plenty of storage, and tea and coffee. They even brought fresh milk when we asked. Everything was immaculate, and the staff were warm, cheerful, and helpful. It got very hot in June 2024, though, and having no air conditioning took the edge off the stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Avoid this place. The restaurant was dirty, with bugs in the food, and the service was slow and unfriendly. The food was poor and the staff were rude. The room window looked straight onto a mountain wall about 1.5 meters away. The hotel doesn't meet the standard of a 3-star place. There was no air conditioning, just a noisy fan, and the bathroom and bathtub felt unsafe without a grab bar. They charged for three people but provided only one queen-size bed. Even the toilet paper was single ply. I strongly advise staying away.
