My family paid for a stay that lasted five minutes, then had to sleep in our car at a service station. The owner refused a refund. The room was described as having one large double bed, another double, and a single, but the second double and single were loft beds above the large bed, with a ladder. That setup should be clearly stated and is not safe for children. When I raised it with the owner, who we never saw because everything was handled by chat, they suggested putting the mattresses on the floor or sending the adults up top. I don't book a B&B to sleep on the floor, and with my health issues I couldn't climb the ladder. Avoid this place with young children or if anyone in your group has limited mobility.

We ended up here unexpectedly after struggling to find a place in France to charge our electric car, and it made for a lovely unplanned stop. It's an old farmhouse, with guest rooms renovated with care. The owner was so welcoming and even offered to charge our car, though we had to take it to a garage and couldn't use the offer. In the morning, they drove us to the bus station so we could continue our trip. Really friendly people.
