Le Mas de la Cigale

We loved the terrace view, and the house and pool made for a really pleasant stay. Catherine was such a friendly, welcoming host and always ready to help. We spent three nights here as a family, and the homemade brioche and crepes at breakfast are already missed. Highly recommended!

We came back for a second visit after six years and were every bit as happy ❤️ The hostess is attentive and charming, and breakfast is excellent, with homemade brioche, tarts and cakes alongside more traditional breads. The character-filled house sits in a pretty hillside village, and its terraces at several levels look out over vineyards, olive groves and the surrounding peaks.

The room and bathroom were top-notch, though the shower heads really need replacing. The pool and the view from our room were magnificent, and our host shared lots of useful tips. Breakfast was homemade and good overall, but it was a shame the fruit juice was store-bought.

Catherine's warm welcome made an already magnificent stay even more special. We stay in bed and breakfasts often, and this place absolutely charmed us. Everything felt perfect.
