The gardens are beautifully kept, almost like Versailles, and make for great photos. From our spacious, well-equipped room, the lake looked lovely and peaceful. Our hosts were kind, attentive, and easy to talk to, and the setting itself is gorgeous and welcoming. We also enjoyed our first outdoor breakfast of the season, with perfect weather that made it a special moment. The only small drawback was that soundproofing depends on how considerate the other guests are. We had an excellent one-night stay and would gladly recommend this place, surrounded by a town rich in culture.

The church next door is quite a feature: its apse forms one edge of the garden, and it's a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its frescoes. This magnificent guesthouse is near Chinon, with a lovely garden looking out over the Vienne River. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was perfect. The hostess took great care of us. Parking was free and secure.

The breakfast was generous and beautifully presented, and we couldn't find anything to fault in the decor either. It's a charming, peaceful place beside the Vienne River, with such a warm welcome that we'd love to come back. We highly recommend this wonderful bed and breakfast.

The owner was really friendly, and the vintage-style decor gives the place a lot of charm. Our room was beautiful, and the estate itself is magnificent. Breakfast was incredible. Definitely a place to see if you're in the area, and I highly recommend it.
