The manager took the feedback badly, replied rudely, and ignored it altogether. The place is on a seedy dead-end street, and I was followed. Avoid it at all costs.

The shower was nice and there’s a big TV, plus enough outlets to charge all the kids’ tablets and avoid complaints in the car the next day. But the beds are awful. The mattress is rock hard, and the pillows are so worn out they’re no use, so I’ll have to sleep on a sweater. I’d try the floor, except it’s pretty dirty too. The whole place feels like walking into a welfare recipient’s home, and the neighborhood has me half expecting a VICE documentary crew to show up, which is tense. The room is a comfortable 652°C, apparently, so bring Dr. Oetker baking mix and you can make yourself something tasty in the morning. Sure, €26 is obviously not much for a night, but still.

Well, there were two beds, one for each person. A little more and the two of us would have ended up sharing one bed to keep warm. I respect that, but I’m not gay. There were a few other things too, but you can go see for yourselves.

We lost our time here. There wasn’t even cutlery or a duvet, and the accommodation was filthy with none of the promised amenities. The supposedly private, secure spot is in an abandoned, unsafe area. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here!
