We needed somewhere to stay urgently, and the hotel team helped us right from the start. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and keen to make things work. The room felt new, with a modern look and a comfortable bed, and having parking nearby made things easier. Staff stayed patient and helpful even with the language barrier. We left very happy with the service and would recommend the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, but little else lived up to the photos. The place feels stuck, and a TV "Hotel Inspector" could make a much nicer two-star hotel out of it with a makeover for everything, staff included.

The room was small, though that seems common enough in French hotels, and perfectly fine otherwise. It would be good to replace the pillows. Reception is only open during business hours.

We paid an extra 20 euros and found a beautiful room at an excellent hotel down the road. There was no contest. Here, the plants were dead, the staff didn't smile, and breakfast was sad. I don't understand why anyone likes this place.

A terrace is definitely worth choosing, with fantastic views of Rocamadour just a minute's walk away. The room and service were amazing, and the price was good too.
