La Belle Etoile - Gîtes

I’ve been coming to La Belle Étoile for over a year, and I really love the feeling of the place. I’ve met groups here for yoga, fitness, family reunions, and visits, and they’ve all said they love the house and its surroundings. There’s plenty of space to wander or just take in the open feel. At night, the stars in the dark sky make it easy to lose track of time. The house is fresh, quiet, clean, and welcoming. The lady who owns it is also the architect and a lovely host. She can tell you the story of the house and speaks English fluently. These pictures were taken outside in March, from a clip I shared with a friend. Enjoy.

The rooms and grounds were impeccably clean, and the owner was warm, quick to respond, and attentive if any small issues came up. I spent a day at the Gîte de la Belle Etoile for a company seminar and had a wonderful time. It sits in the Drôme Provençale, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with lovely flowered grounds. I especially liked how the attractive stonework is combined with contemporary design. The rooms are all tastefully decorated, and the main room opens onto a nice saltwater pool, making it well suited to a seminar or reception. There are also plenty of amenities, including several kitchens. I’d happily recommend the place.
