Really nice.

The pool was a pleasure to use at the end of the day, and the hotel is very well located in the heart of Rochefort. We got a very warm welcome. The apartment, though, is aging and even somewhat dilapidated, and the cleanliness could be better. It was okay for two nights, but I wouldn't want to spend a week there. There are no shutters, just curtains that move in the breeze. For a chain, I think the apartments need a major renovation.

Our apartment was spacious enough for the whole family and clean when we arrived. It was even cleaned again when we left, without us asking. The receptionist gave us useful advice, and we got to enjoy this charming town fully. The hotel is right in the historic center of Rochefort-en-Terre, which is a great location.

The outside setting is really pretty, and being right by the village center made it easy to go for walks. We were there at the end of October and expected the residence to be empty, but there were other people around. It was still very quiet. The residence is easy enough to reach, though the street is very steep and one-way, with little traffic. There's a small car park 20 meters below that fills up quickly in the evening, so you may need to use a parking area 100 meters farther down. The building looks nice outside but is more worn inside, as holiday residences often are. On arrival, our reserved sheets had been forgotten and a tap was leaking. Reception was already closed, but the managers responded quickly: the sheets arrived that evening and the tap was replaced on Monday. It's a two-star place, nothing exceptional, but good value for what it offers.

Apartment No. 13 was spacious, comfortable, and spotless when we arrived. The residence itself is beautiful and ideally placed in this magnificent medieval village. The common areas and pool were always immaculate, and the staff were lovely, helpful, and attentive. Their tips for excursions around the region made our stay even better. There was free Wi-Fi and TV, and parking just steps away. We were very happy here and highly recommend it. Pierre and Chantal
