Hyatt House Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

We needed a crib for our toddler, but even after repeated requests it took over two hours to arrive. My husband went down to reception several times to follow up because nobody kept us updated, and our calls to the front desk went unanswered. Earlier, we’d asked for a room near the elevator. The staff said the hotel was full and put us at the far end of the hall. When we got there, the couch was broken, with a metal bar sticking out, which was unsafe for a child, and the sink wouldn’t drain. We went back downstairs after no one answered the phone. They again said no other room was available until maintenance checked the couch. Once it was confirmed unrepairable, a room near the elevator suddenly opened up. That room was smaller and clearly not the suite we’d paid for, so it felt like a downgrade. The lack of transparency and poor service made the stay stressful and frustrating, especially with a toddler. We wouldn’t recommend Hyatt House CDG based on our experience.

The restaurant was EXCELLENT for an airport hotel, and the rooms were spacious, nice, clean, and good for the price. But the service was terrible. The woman checking people in around 8:30-9pm on 17 September 2025 seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and it was the rudest hotel check-in I can remember in years. We probably wouldn’t return. The hotel is about 4km from CDG, not at the airport itself, so you need an Uber, taxi, hotel shuttle, or bus. The QR code for ordering the shuttle didn’t work, and the elevator’s out-of-order signage needs updating. If you have an early flight, I’d pay extra for a hotel actually at the airport.

A handy place to stay in transit with kids. The rooms are large, and the breakfast buffet is adequate. There’s a Tesla charger on site, which is a nice plus. The rooms could use a bit of freshening up.

I’d read plenty of bad reviews and was worried, but our stay was fine. We took an Uber to the hotel for about 15-17 USD. Having an airport shuttle would make the place even better.
