INNSiDE by Meliá Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

We had a meal at the restaurant, and the seabass tartare was pretty good. The lobby games, table tennis, air hockey, and boules, were great fun, though we didn’t get a chance to try the fitness center. The rooms are spacious, and the open bathroom design makes them feel even bigger. Ours had a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Soundproofing was good, too, so the planes passing right nearby weren’t noticeable. The hotel is in a well-maintained group of hotels with lots of parking and a free train to all terminals, as well as to bus and train stations. It isn’t the cheapest airport-area option, but we were very happy with our stay and felt it was worth the cost.

The staff were especially helpful and kind. Mohamed and Goodness deserve a special thank you for going above and beyond with attentive, professional service throughout our stay. The room and breakfast were both nice, and the hotel is very close to the free shuttle to the airport. Everything worked out perfectly, and we’ll certainly come back on our next trip!

The location is great, and the soundproofing keeps airport noise out. The rooms are okay, though the trendy design seems to put the architects’ ideas ahead of practicality. If you’re not travelling with a partner or family, privacy could be an issue. Breakfast was surprisingly basic for a French hotel, and I have to say the food quality wasn’t great.

The room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, modern design, and nice music, plus different social activities if you’re not too tired. We arrived late in the evening, and Tahav at reception was very friendly and helped us a lot, explaining the hotel, room, and breakfast. The staff were lovely overall. The hotel is within walking distance of Terminal 1, and I’d recommend it.
