The room was dirty and smelled bad, as if it hadn't been cleaned between guests. I asked to switch rooms, and the owner agreed, but the next room smelled just as bad. The payment situation was even worse. I paid on site, but the owner mixed up my payment with my colleague's and charged us both under different names. We only noticed after returning, so we politely asked them to cancel both charges and bill each of us correctly. Instead, I was charged for another extra night, which is illegal. They acted as though nothing had happened and then refused to give the money back. All the texts and messages were in FRENCH. Are you serious, you're a hotel? We were already exhausted and ended up giving up. The worst experience I've ever had in France. NEVER STAY!!!!!!!!!!!

The room was fine, with two rooms joined by a door, and the air conditioning worked well. It was clean and quiet, and the price was good. Breakfast was reasonable. Getting in through the supermarket car park was a bit unusual, and the top floor was a problem since there's no lift.

They wouldn't serve breakfast to people who weren't staying there, and the service felt cold and uninterested. French hospitality at its finest.

Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My room was quiet, with a comfortable bed, and everything was clean. The bathroom was quite small, though.

Breakfast was decent, and both the room and bathroom were clean. No issues with the place.
