The spacious, clean apartment was just what we expected. We were especially grateful to Gaëlle and her colleague for handling our last-minute request so efficiently. All the staff were welcoming and helpful.

My grandparents feel very comfortable at the residence, and the living environment is pleasant. It's clean and seems well maintained. Whenever I visit, there's always someone at reception, and they're always very friendly.

We paid €102 for one night in a recent, clean, secure apartment for four, with two bedrooms, bathrobes for everyone, and breakfast included. I challenge anyone to find better value! I've stayed regularly in hotels of this category and travel a lot, so I don't understand the negative reviews. Our apartment was spacious, extremely clean, smelled lovely when we arrived, and the residence was quiet with private parking. Breakfast was decent, with hot drinks, unlimited juice, bread, pastries, and dairy products. It was served from 8 to 10 am, and a table was reserved for us when we arrived.

The residence is in a historic neighborhood, close to the square for lovely walks and the islands in the Sauldre River. It's also near Town Hall, the library, and the city center, and very quiet. The welcome was warm, the cuisine varied, and there was entertainment. The staff are VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. Departing seniors, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The children loved having access to the swimming pool, and there was free parking available. It's well located in town, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by this lovely establishment and stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with immaculate linens and cleaning. We highly recommend it.
