The apartments have such a lovely feel, and the renovation is really well done. We especially enjoyed having breakfast brought right to the door, and Lena and Par were both so welcoming. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. We'd love to come back soon. Thank you!

We liked the lovingly restored house and its Scandinavian style, and the apartment had nearly everything we needed. During our three nights, though, we could have used a chest of drawers or shelves. There was a portable fan but no air conditioning, and the room felt quite warm even with only 23° outside. The bigger issue was the traffic: the house sits at a crossroads beside a traffic light, so cars kept stopping and speeding up again. We heard that in the apartment, and sitting outside wasn't pleasant either. I also don't really understand the comments calling the location perfect. Alsace has plenty of picturesque villages, which we loved, but Rohrschwir isn't one of them. The fresh cookies left in the hall each day were a nice touch. Whoever bakes them could be a contender if there's a French version of Bake Off.

The facilities were even nicer than the photos suggested, and our hosts made us feel very welcome. We also liked being right on the Route Des Vins D'Alsace. And yes, “l'arme du crime” made it to its destination, thanks so much! We'd happily stay here again.
