We normally drive straight to the ferry, so we decided to spend a couple of nights seeing Rosscoff and are so glad we chose La Brise. It’s a beautiful building, and the interior design feels calming and relaxing. Our room, The Jade, was small but just right, as we knew when booking. Breakfast was a very good cold buffet with pastries, eggs and pancakes, not crepes. I’m sorry I didn’t order the pancakes, they looked like fluffy clouds on a plate. We’ll definitely stay again and try them next time.

We’ve stayed three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the garden is a lovely extra that we used most evenings. La Brise is perfectly placed between the town and the beach. Juliette and Alexandre are really helpful. I couldn’t be happier and hope to visit again.

The suite was spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a lovely luxurious bath, and we found the extra cost over nearby hotels worthwhile for the privacy, quality and service. The owners were warm and helpful, and breakfast was good, with fresh ingredients and bread the chef-owner baked on site. There’s also a guest kitchenette and a roomy place to eat if you want to prepare your own food. Roscoff’s beaches are easy to reach, and restaurants and cafés are a comfortable walk away. Just be aware that the stairs up to the rooms may be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

We stayed in one of the small studio apartments next to the hotel and had a great time. Everything was spotless and decorated with taste. The hotel is in a really handy spot in Roscoff, and that Wes Anderson-style front is lovely. Definitely recommend.

We only stayed one night before catching the ferry back to Plymouth, and I wish we’d booked longer. The building and our room were both incredible, and the service was amazing. The roof terrace was a lovely extra, with fantastic views.
