The location is great, with a Metro line, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. Check-in was quick, and the room and bathroom were very clean. There wasn’t a toothbrush, toothpaste, or kettle, but I expected that at this price. Fresh towels, soap and gel, TV, AC, and WiFi were all there and working as they should. No complaints, and I feel I got what I paid for. A particular staff member, Mr Umar, was exceptional. He spoke kindly and promptly helped with my questions. I’d recommend the place if you’re on a budget visiting Paris, and I’d go again.

I was skeptical after reading so many mixed reviews online, but it wasn’t so bad. Check-in was quick, although I waited at reception for a few minutes and had to call out several times before anyone came. They acted like that was normal and didn’t apologize. It’s a good place for a few nights, about 13 minutes from the train station. The bed was uncomfortable, and I practically sank into it. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was no shower cap, though they did provide tissue, soap, and a towel. Breakfast is very basic. I’d recommend it.

The rooms are standard, clean, and tidy. There are food places nearby. The roads and traffic are noisy, but it’s fine if you close the window.

The building looks old but is well maintained. The staff were okay, though they didn’t seem very friendly. Rooms are very small and don’t have basic things like a water boiler or trash cans. It’s cheaper than other places around Paris, but I’d suggest adding another 5 euros and finding a better hotel nearby.
