The room seemed interesting and, in theory, had good equipment, but getting to it meant climbing very steep, narrow stairs. The neighborhood wasn't ideal, it felt remote from amenities, and there was no allocated parking. Cleaning wasn't good: there were dead flies on the window sill and marks in the bathtub from previous guests. The mattress was far too soft and uncomfortable, and the bathroom left a bad smell in the room.

We needed help with our key and got a quick reply and assistance. The place is pretty central for the things you'd need, and the rooms were big enough, quiet, and clean. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was really dirty, and homeless people sat in the “lobby” in the evenings. Staff spoke only French, which made communication a problem.

The room itself was nice, with a clean, comfortable bed and a TV that had Netflix, YouTube, and other options. The price was still affordable despite the problems, and with renovations and a deep clean this could be a charming place. But the neighborhood was ugly and dirty, and the stairs to the rooms felt dangerous, with a dilapidated handrail. Cleaning needs work, especially in the shower, which I had to clean before using. The dishes weren't clean either, and the towels were so rough they could sand wood. The curtains still let morning light in, which bothered me. Soundproofing was practically nonexistent: you could hear footsteps, people entering the access code, and the front door closing clearly, along with other guests' amorous activities. The €100 security deposit also felt far too high for the room prices.
