Aparthotel Adagio Access Rouen Centre Cathédrale

We were given the right parking location ahead of time, which helped. The parking area was clean and secure, with plenty of room, though the entrance was tight and our large estate car only just made it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well placed in the city center. Try to arrive on time so you can avoid the more cramped public parking.

The facilities were all great, and the hotel itself was nice and clean. My room, number 317, was awkwardly laid out: there was a long corridor that felt useless and the window was small. I'd still recommend staying here and would come back.

I was a little nervous about booking since the hotel hadn't opened yet, but it turned out to be a great place to stay. I got a complimentary room upgrade, and the location made it easy to walk to all the sights. I also felt safe out walking at night. The only odd part was having to take my garbage out before leaving.

There was plenty of room for four of us, with a double bed and two singles, including one that folded down from the wall. The buffet breakfast was excellent value at €21 per adult, and the kids ate free. The location was great too, about a 10 minute walk to the main sights. Parking was €20 a night, if I remember right. Getting in was very tight, but there were lots of spaces and our large estate car fit. We'd happily return.
