The Seine walks are just across the road, and it's only 10 minutes to the town centre. There are lots of nearby restaurants, and underground parking is a big plus, though we also found plenty of free spaces around the hotel. We got a warm welcome, and all the staff were friendly and polite. The family room had everything our family of two adults and two children needed. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The hotel has been completely renewed over the last 10 years, from the rooms to the shared spaces. The staff are very friendly, and breakfast is good quality. I particularly appreciated the local products.

There's chargeable underground parking, and a tram stop nearby for getting into town. My room was large and great. Breakfast wasn't included in my booking and I didn't have any, but they charged me for it anyway. I only spotted this a couple of days later, and they refunded the money. I've noticed this happening at a lot of Novotel hotels, so check your bill if you haven't had breakfast. I'll stay again, but I'll look over the bill before leaving.

The restaurants and other amenities in the redeveloped port area were close by, and we really appreciated that. Parking was convenient, and reception gave us a warm welcome and explained the arrangements right away. Our room was more than adequate for one night, and we thought the breakfast the next morning was first class. We were very happy with this excellent hotel and plan to return to the area for longer. Looking forward to visiting Novotel Suites again.

The rooms are big and have a kitchenette, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was good too. The bathrooms have a little more plastic than I'd like, and downtown is a bit far away.
