Quality Aparthotel Rouen

The staff were pleasant and welcoming, even though there weren't many of them. Our 30m² studio was quiet, clean, well equipped, and good value for the money. Getting to the cathedral took about half an hour without a car, since the neighborhood is far from the city center. Underground parking is another cost at €10 per night. Breakfast was €12.90, which felt a bit steep for the limited standard selection, with no eggs and very little fruit.

If we get the chance, we'll definitely come back. Our whole RCCFM group was delighted with the stay and really appreciated how warmly we were welcomed. Best wishes to the entire team, and a little wink to Christian 😉

We hadn't been here before, but I treated my wife to a wellness treatment last Saturday. The staff were welcoming and very professional, and the service was excellent. The place is beautiful, new, and modern. Since we learned it was an apartment hotel, we've booked a night for our family after Christmas. It could use a parking lot out front ;)

The morning breakfast was the reason I wouldn't come back. At 9:20 the buffet hadn't been replenished. They brought out baguettes, but later arrivals had managed to get cornflakes. Juice, coffee, and jam were gone, and the ham wasn't tasty anymore. Staff said they weren't used to serving breakfast yet, but paying 13 euros and finding almost nothing was frustrating. They could have left breakfast for guests to prepare in their studios, or changed what they offered. As it was, it was useless. The studio itself was accessible and had a kitchenette, small refrigerator, and a bathroom with a rail and shower curtain. The bed was narrow for two by French standards. This is a residence for elderly people, not a hotel, though unoccupied studios are rented as hotel rooms. Secure underground parking is available for a fee and can be reserved in advance. The water flow in the pipes also needs fixing. A different pump system should keep it steady instead of dropping, so both hot and cold water are available consistently.
