The apartment really stood out during our family weekend in Rouen. From it, we had a breathtaking panorama of the city and river, and the stylish decor and furnishings gave the place a luxurious feel. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

We loved having a little barbecue on the terrace, with a stunning view of the Seine. The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated, and it comes with parking. It's also an easy walk to explore Rouen.

We really enjoyed the balcony, and the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Thomas was accommodating about letting us in before the usual check-in time, which we appreciated after an early start. A couple of days after leaving, though, Thomas said €228.90 would be taken from our deposit: €89 for rug cleaning and €139.90 for a full cutlery set. We hadn't spilled anything on the rug or lost any cutlery. The items listed were two coffee spoons, one dessert spoon, and one knife. How do you lose those? We cook for ourselves often and have never run into this before. If you stay, take plenty of photos before and after, and check everything carefully. Stay at your own risk.

Thomas was professional and friendly as a host. The apartment was brand new and amazing, on the right side of the river and close to the city center. I stayed there for a week with friends, and we loved it. We'll definitely come back.
