The owner doesn't live in the apartment, but she was responsive and quick to deal with requests. The place is in a convenient, quiet area near the city center, and there's enough space and equipment. The problem is the finish: it feels neglected in spots, with lots of A4 signs listing prohibitions and fines for using the apartment. The mattresses also need replacing. I couldn't sleep on them without waking up with terrible back pain.

We liked the decor and how clean the apartment was. The bedroom was comfortable, and the living room was spacious, with a kitchen. It's in a quiet part of Rouen, very close to the center. There is private parking, as well as metered street parking. The apartment is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs.

Quiet spot, and the apartment was very clean and well equipped.
