Friendly people, a strong shower, and a soft bed. The room was clean enough, but felt very unwelcoming, and the rubbery floors gave me the ick. You can hear through the thin walls. Breakfast looked sad, so I went somewhere else. It’s fine for the price.

It’s well placed, with a pleasant walk from both the bus stops and train stations. I was only there one night. The room could’ve been cleaned more carefully, though, since there was dust and crumbs in the wardrobe, beneath the bed, and under the table.

I’ve stayed at quite a few B&B hotels, and this one was clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean too, with a very good shower and plenty of hot water. There’s secure parking close to the rooms.

For a business trip in Rouen, this is the best choice. The service is excellent and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Public transport is very close, so the location is convenient too.

Breakfast was a fairly standard continental spread, but the other food is microwaved, so think twice if you’re planning to eat there. Getting into the bedroom meant typing a ten-character alphanumeric code every single time. The floor was lino, the windows had bars, and the dark black and brown decor meant we had to switch on the light just to see.
