They were a great help!

For €150 a night, the service felt well below what we expected. There was one decent part: the welcome was pleasant. The yurt itself smelled so musty that we couldn't bear to stay overnight. The extra €30 breakfast was just one industrial brioche, which didn't come close to justifying the price. The listing promised a warm, unusual atmosphere less than an hour from Paris, but all we found was three yurts in a garden, without the welcoming or immersive feel we'd expected. The lamp, damaged deck chairs, and neglected outdoor area also didn't fit the Mongolian theme in the ad.

The kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking, and the night view is lovely. During the day, what you see depends on where you are in the garden. It was a nice stay, though nothing remarkable. The yurt was very damp-smelling, and its wall gaps let little critters come and go, so be prepared for insects if you sleep there. Behind the radiator, the fan inside was very dusty and dirty. Getting the common-area door open was really difficult. The shower and toilet are outside that area, meaning you have to cross the garden at night to use the restroom. That's manageable when it's dry, so the season you choose probably matters.

The lovely garden and the jacuzzi were great extras. Sleeping in a yurt made for an unusual, fantastic experience, and we had a great stay.

The shared spaces were clean and had everything we needed, and the jacuzzi was lovely. It was peaceful and relaxing with just the two of us enjoying this unusual place. Staying in a yurt felt like a trip to Mongolia, even though it's close to the Paris region. We weren't disappointed. Thanks so much to Mr. Ghislain for being so welcoming and helpful.
