The place has a street art theme, with a nice mix of urban, cultural, and classic art. It's a charming little artistic hotel, though don't expect everything to be brand new. The staff were really kind and friendly, and even gave us free croissants in the morning.

The room was clean and had its own bathroom, and the central Rouen location is handy. For the price, it's okay, though it feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel. Carrying my bags up all those stairs was quite a trek, since there's no lift. Some people in a room down the corridor were noisy, and there didn't seem to be any staff around to ask them to quiet down. You get what you pay for.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. This small hotel is right in central Rouen and is fine for a short visit. One concern: the cleaning staff forgot to lock our door, so the room was left open for a while. I'd avoid leaving valuables out.

Everything is walkable from this centrally located budget hotel. The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly, and it seemed safe at night. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Rouen.

We spent 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. It depends on the time of day, so you might get lucky, but it's public street parking wherever you can find a space. Otherwise, it's a functional place with friendly staff, good value, and a good location.
