Hôtel Restaurant Brise Bois

We stayed at Domaine Brise Bois for two nights while driving to Spain, and the countryside was lovely. The gîtes are charming and had everything we needed. You can see the owners take pride in the place and are still working to improve it. I'd happily recommend it.

The cottage was a peaceful place to come back to after a day out, with the modern comforts we wanted. It was well kept and had a lovely rustic feel that suited the countryside around it, where there were beautiful views all around. My family and I spent a delightful week at this hidden gem in southwest France. The owners were warm and welcoming, and there was plenty to do nearby. Thank you to David and Corinne, our hosts at Brise bois. We had a special stay, and I'd recommend it to families and other travelers looking for a scenic retreat.

The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of outlets, reliable wifi, quality towels and linens, and comfortable beds. David was quick to help whenever we had a question or needed something. We also enjoyed the pool and the large shaded tables, which were great for a picnic or time with family. We were cycling EuroVelo 3, and this lovely property is 4 km off the route. The detour was well worth it. It's spread across rolling farmland, with a golf course nearby. We highly recommend this special place.

The gardens are so peaceful, with mature trees for shade and lots of wildlife. We spotted red squirrels, deer, a kingfisher, and all sorts of birds. The warm, very clean pool was another lovely place to relax in the sun. David was charming and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. He was very helpful, and Brise Bois is extremely well run. We spent three wonderful weeks at Domaine Bris Bois in a spotless, well-presented, spacious two-storey gîte. It had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living area, two bathrooms, and a large private terrace where we could dine outside in peace. It's such a relaxing, picturesque place. I can't fault Brise Bois, and can't wait to return.
