The indoor pool was pleasant and a good temperature, and the residence had great soundproofing from the hallway and neighbors. Its winter location is perfect, close to the beach, the lovely Parc district, and the daily market. The new 2024 residence has modern, understated decor. Beds made on arrival, a mini cleaning kit, WiFi, and a fantastic high-end coffee machine were all nice extras. A pair of scissors for opening the dish soap packets would help. There are street parking spaces in winter, but in peak season you really need parking if you don’t want to spend ages driving around. The foam mattress had already sagged at the bottom, though, and made for a week of torture at night. The sofa was comfortable, but the living room was too noisy for sleeping because of the ventilation system. Such a shame.

A peaceful, quiet stay in a very clean and welcoming residence. The rooms are well laid out, and the heated pool and gym are both very functional. The location is great, between the beach, train station, and shops. I highly recommend it!

Everything felt new and pleasant, and the hotel was well insulated enough that we didn’t feel surrounded by other people. We felt right at home and will be back. The only thing I’d mention is that the mattresses seemed a little hard. There’s a heated pool at 28°C (82°F), plus a small gym. Underground parking costs €40 per week.

We had a relaxing, comfortable week in October/November, and the residence deserves all its stars. The staff were especially pleasant and helpful, with a very down-to-earth manner. Our apartment had a TV and a large terrace with a table and chairs for eating outside. The bedding was high quality and especially comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. We didn’t hear a thing. The new residence is beautifully decorated, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The covered parking is paid, but sheltered and enclosed, and the luggage cart was a big help. The elevator was nearby. With the special package, we could get into the apartment directly using an email link without going to reception. For stays of seven days or more, bed and household linens are included at no extra charge, with plenty of large and small towels, plus a bath mat and hairdryer. The pool was warm and covered, so we could swim even in October. The sea is a five-minute walk away, with walks and shops nearby. I did my grocery shopping at the U Express, about five minutes away by car. My one small complaint is that the microwaves are always mounted so high in the residences that I find them dangerous and awkward to use. 🥴
