Villa des Thermes - T3

We'd just moved into the ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment at Villa des Thermes when we found the bathroom floor in awful condition. Mold and musty smells were hidden under the linoleum. Even for a week out of season, it was expensive, and this kind of unsanitary state is unacceptable. The landlord offered to refund us, but at first said the night's stay and cleaning would be deducted. Then they no longer wanted to cover the nights we lost after we refused the apartment because the bathroom was unsanitary and unusable. We wanted a ground floor and a terrace, and didn't want another apartment unless it met those same criteria. In the end, the landlord reimbursed us as promised on the morning of Saturday, March 8th: 540 euros, calculated as 630 minus 100 for one night and 30 for cleaning. All's well that ends well.

It's a great apartment, clean and well equipped. Though it's near the road, it stays quiet because it looks out over the green space.

A very nice apartment, with a good layout, modern furniture, and plenty of equipment. There's free street parking, and it's 15 minutes from Puy de Dôme, opposite Royaltonic, a very pleasant wellness center. Staff replied to messages quickly. The one issue was that the cleaning could be better, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it's great!

We stayed two nights as a group of six and had an excellent time at Villa des Thermes. The place has been completely renovated, is tastefully furnished, and is well equipped. The new windows kept out the street noise, so we didn't hear any.
