During my week-long business trip, the rooms were clean, quiet, and well equipped, and the modern, comfortable setting made it easy to relax and work. The hotel had a great balance of comfort and convenience from beginning to end. What stood out most was the staff. Tsetan, Toni, Tenzin, and Marinela were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond throughout my stay. I'd highly recommend OKKO Hotels Paris and look forward to returning on my next trip.

Antoni at reception was consistently friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very nice, with great service, and its location near the train station was convenient.

I booked a three-night stay while working for a client, who later cancelled the meeting. I had accidentally chosen a non-refundable rate, and the cost was a lot for me to absorb. I contacted the hotel weeks before the trip, explained what had happened, and asked them to make an exception and refund me. I booked through booking.com, and they were understanding and willing to agree to the early cancellation. The hotel never replied to my messages, so I had to call. The treatment I got was very poor. Based on that, I can only imagine they wouldn't be much kinder to you during a stay. I won't stay at an OKKO hotel again, and if you want kindness or care, I hope you won't either. Don't book here. It was the opposite of hospitality.

Natalie at reception gave me a warm welcome and made check-in smooth and pleasant. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness set the tone for a wonderful stay at OKKO Hotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained, with comfortable, clean rooms equipped for a relaxing visit. I also liked the cozy lounge, where refreshments are complimentary, and the breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options.

The room is set up comfortably for two, and the toilet has a unique design. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and free snacks and coffee were available in the lounge all day.
