OKKO Hotels Paris Rueil-Malmaison

Antoni at reception was consistently friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very nice, with great service, and its location near the train station was convenient.

I booked a three-night stay while working for a client, who later cancelled the meeting. I had accidentally chosen a non-refundable rate, and the cost was a lot for me to absorb. I contacted the hotel weeks before the trip, explained what had happened, and asked them to make an exception and refund me. I booked through booking.com, and they were understanding and willing to agree to the early cancellation. The hotel never replied to my messages, so I had to call. The treatment I got was very poor. Based on that, I can only imagine they wouldn't be much kinder to you during a stay. I won't stay at an OKKO hotel again, and if you want kindness or care, I hope you won't either. Don't book here. It was the opposite of hospitality.

Natalie at reception gave me a warm welcome and made check-in smooth and pleasant. Her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness set the tone for a wonderful stay at OKKO Hotel Paris Rueil-Malmaison. The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained, with comfortable, clean rooms equipped for a relaxing visit. I also liked the cozy lounge, where refreshments are complimentary, and the breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality options.

The room is set up comfortably for two, and the toilet has a unique design. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and free snacks and coffee were available in the lounge all day.
