The room was small but functional, though the cleaning could be better: I found someone else's hair in the shower. Getting information from the hotel was frustrating. They don't read messages sent through booking apps, so you have to pay for international calls and may still get useless answers. For instance, we were told we'd need instructions to enter after 10 pm, then found they had a 24-hour reception, perhaps not every day. The airport shuttle is free, but nobody explains how it works. You need to find the Green Line bus schedule and wait at terminal 3, stop D1, across from exit 22A at Orly airport. Even with a reservation made ahead, your name might not be in their system when you arrive. Too erratic and far away to feel like a “première classe.” It's acceptable for a night's sleep between connecting flights, but there may be better options closer to the airport.

The staff are friendly, and the hotel isn't far from the airport with a free shuttle. Keep in mind it starts a little after 5 am, so you probably can't use it if your flight is before 7:30. The building is pretty worn down, and the hallways are dark. If you're arriving or heading out after sunset, use your phone's flashlight in the elevator. You might be fine if you arrive with the right expectations, but expect anything better and you'll be disappointed.

The staff are good, but the facilities don't justify the price. The rooms are small, and the bathroom and toilet are so cramped you can't turn around or bend down. There's no refrigerator or kettle in the room. I definitely deserve a refund.

It's handy only if you need to catch a domestic flight at midnight or very early in the morning. Being close to the airport saves time, but that's about all it has going for it. The rooms are uncomfortably tiny, there's no food and no nearby shops or stores, and the place is far from the main city. Staff not speaking English can be really frustrating. The rooms are expensive for what you get.
