Claud was a good host, but we cut our stay short by a few days and went to st. Florent. This is a B&B, not a villa, in a very, very, very small village. It’s a lovely spot for writing a book :). A nice restaurant is a 40-minute drive down the mountain, and if you’re planning the hike, expect dense vegetation and bring a machete.

Peace and quiet are what this place does best. The hosts were very friendly, the breakfast was great, and the mountain views were lovely. Everything was very clean, and the pool is heated too.

The room was spacious and really comfortable, and breakfast was hearty and good. The setting is peaceful and magnificent, with views of the sea and the village of Saint-Florent. The hosts were warm and shared great local tips. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Northern Corsica.
