There's a big free parking lot right across the small one-way street. The apartment itself is pleasant, warm, and very well equipped, with a large shower and a comfortable bed in the upstairs bedroom. That bedroom is reached by a very narrow, steep staircase, so it won't work for anyone with mobility issues. The living room has just one window, the kitchen has a skylight, and the only door opens onto the street. Still, it's a nice place in the heart of Saint Amand.

We stayed here with two adults and two kids. It's small, but it works well, and the place has pretty much everything you need. The kitchen has a little dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer section, and lots of appliances; the bathroom is tidy, with a roomy shower, toilet, and even a washing machine. There's a sofa bed and TV in the living room. A narrow, steep staircase leads to a spacious landing and bedroom, and the shutters throughout make it nice and dark for sleeping. It's right in the center with enough parking nearby. There are little things that could be improved, but if those bother you, you'd need to pay for an expensive hotel. This is an inexpensive place to stay comfortably.

The location is excellent, and you get good value for the price. There's free parking across the street.

It's a little house that's very clean and has everything you need. The shops and thermal baths of Saint Amand les Eaux are nearby.
