Traveling across France with our five-year-old, we were glad we found this place. We’d called ahead to request a child’s bed, and that was no problem. Lenz was a wonderful host, spoke several languages, and even brought water out to our car for the onward drive. His family was lovely, and their children played with our daughter in the garden. The rooms are gorgeous and cosy, and breakfast was delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I had such a good week at the B&B. The bedding was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was both delicious and healthy. It’s a real gem, whether you’re in town to see the place, for work, or for your driving license. Thanks again to the owner for making my stay feel so positive.

We chose this as a stop on our way back from Provence, and its location made that easy: it’s on a quiet street in Saint-Amand-Montrond but just minutes from the autoroute. The rooms are lovely, reached by a charming spiral staircase, and breakfast in the sunny courtyard was wonderful.

A smashing host, great accommodation, and a fantastic three-course dinner. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended.
