I wouldn't recommend it. The woman hosting was rude and unwelcoming. In response to being told I wasn't a guest there: I spoke with you and your husband Manuel when I raised how my children had been upset on arrival. Manuel, sorry if I've misspelt his name, was really nice, introduced himself, and welcomed us to his home. His wife, though, made us feel unwelcome, with an awkward atmosphere, as if we were intruding in her home and she'd only wanted to take the money.

After a long day travelling with two toddlers, while heavily pregnant, I arrived at the gite to a very rude welcome before we had even entered the apartment. The woman said we couldn't stay and should find somewhere else because she had misread the booking as one child instead of two. I later showed her that it clearly listed two children. She also accused us of not sending the right amount of money, then checked and saw that we had paid it. She was very rude and hard to approach, so we felt unwelcome and spent little time there. None of the facilities were open: no pool, jacuzzi, or sauna. The listing didn't say they would be closed. When we asked, she said it was common sense that they wouldn't be open, even though it was 29C that weekend. She made no effort to open them and didn't apologize. The apartment is under their house, which the description doesn't mention. I found bugs in my bed, and the sofa bed was filthy. She seemed very reluctant to help. We asked for extra towels, and after arguing with us she gave us one for the seven of us. The listing says daily housekeeping, but we stayed three days and it never happened. I definitely wouldn't recommend the apartment. The earlier positive reviews seem to be from before the recent change of owners.

A really nice holiday park, with a clean gite that had everything we needed. frederique and emmanuel were the perfect hosts.

We booked at the last minute, and they were charming and very accommodating. We had two great nights of sleep with our two kids.
