The room was very clean, but almost everything else was a problem. No air conditioning, restaurant, bar, soap, or shower gel. When I asked the receptionist to fix the AC, he told me to wait because he was talking to his friend. We gave up waiting 15 minutes to check out and left. The breakfast customers were even going into the kitchen looking for help. Good luck to them.

The parking was good, and the location worked well for the price. It's clean and tidy, though the small room and everything in it looked a bit tired. I admit I was a bit grumpy, so we went to the local village for food and found a great family and locals bar with good food.

It's quiet around here, and the rooms are kept in good shape, though they're very small. The hotel itself is good and the rooms are okay, but getting into the city is difficult because it's far from the centre. On weekends there are no public buses. I'd say stay here if you have your own transportation.

There's no reception, just a machine covered in spiderwebs. We weren't given a booking number, so the machine wouldn't accept any of the numbers in our confirmation email and we couldn't get into the hotel. Nobody answered when we called. Campanile has no customer service department or number to call if the machine fails. Don't book any Campanile!

The hotel is well situated, and the price was lower than usual for the season. I don't know why, but that was good news for me. There were two comfortable beds, although they seemed a little too close together.
