The local wine selection is lovely, including organic bottles, and the food was good. We really enjoyed the terrace too, with its amazing view and a nice breeze. The hosts were so friendly. If you're after an authentic French meal, this is the place. I'll be back for sure.

The scenery was every bit as good as the food, and the prices were friendly too. Our waiters were lovely, and one of the waitresses spoke Dutch, which was nice for us. Highly recommend.

Really, really bad. We waited half an hour just to get the menu, then were told the kitchen was closing. There was no service at all.

We stayed in the triple room for five days. It’s a little self-contained studio with a living room and fireplace, a private entrance next to the main inn, and its own small terrace. The Auberge de la Clavelière is family-run and sits in a beautiful stone building that’s over 200 years old, in the middle of a charming medieval village. It was such a peaceful, authentic escape, a lovely spot to recharge and enjoy nature. There’s a nice swimming pool, and the Ouvèze River is just below the village. You can walk down to swim in its clear, cool water. From the two terraces, you get lovely views over the Baronnies countryside and lavender fields.
