2/10
The staff were nice and calm, and the service itself was good, but that didn’t make up for what we paid. I’d think twice before choosing this hotel. The food tasted delicious, but it left everyone with bad stomachaches, and the ketchup and mayonnaise were expired. At the bar, they wouldn’t give us caffè. The rooms were awful. The sheets weren’t clean, there was no lid on the toilet, and neither shampoo nor toothpaste was provided. Water stayed on the floor for hours after a shower, and the hot and cold taps seemed switched around. You could hear exactly what was happening in the next room or hallway, since there was virtually no soundproofing.

I was refused lunch for arriving 30 minutes late. There was also a cockroach in my family’s room, and I came away with 22 bed bug bites. Horrible experience.

The bathrooms were awful, the manager was very rude, and my son was covered in bed bug bites. I gave one star because there wasn’t any other choice.
