The staff were warm and helpful, and we found the rooms clean, comfortable, and a decent size. It was a short walk into town, which suited us well. Breakfast was the one letdown for what it cost, but we enjoyed the stay otherwise.

Hotel Alliance was a great place to stay, with the Pyrenees all around. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was roomy, clean, and well ventilated. The hotel itself was clean too, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Definitely recommended.

A small river runs right by the hotel, and the city centre is very close. The neighbourhood is quiet, with friendly, smiling people around. We found the renovated rooms warm and nicely coloured, and the staff were kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this place. Congratulations, guys.

The free parking was a nice extra, depending on whether a space was available, and there’s public parking nearby too. It’s also an easy walk to the centre and the church. The bed and shower room were clean. We arrived at night and had no trouble checking in; everything was organised, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Ivania at reception and the man on the night shift on 29/10/24 were especially willing to help. The service exceeded my expectations and felt worthy of a five star rating.

We were a family with two children, and the interconnected rooms worked well. They were clean, with daily cleaning during our stay. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the sanctuary or town, and there’s a restaurant onsite. We had breakfast there, which was decent for the price. The staff were excellent. Free parking is limited, and finding a spot in the evening can be lucky, though paid street parking is available.
