We spent a luxurious week here, exploring the castles and villages of the Loire Valley. The owner is delightful, and the quiet setting in Saint Avertin made a great base, just a 10-minute drive from Tours. The two apartments, converted from a former barn, are magnificent and brand new. They have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, porch, two bathrooms, parking, and laundry facilities. There’s plenty of peace and quiet.

The owner is welcoming and discreet. The cottages are clean, air-conditioned, and thoughtfully laid out, with good equipment and secure parking. They’re also conveniently located not far from beautiful Tours. I highly recommend them.

Maryse greeted us with great warmth and thoughtful little touches. We enjoyed two quiet nights in her cottage. It’s bright, very clean, well equipped, and has excellent bedding. A good place to stay for exploring the region, and one we recommend.

A great stay, and we highly recommend this cottage. The hosts were very welcoming, and the place was clean and practical, with all the amenities. It’s well located, close to everything and only 10 minutes from Tours.

The gîtes are spacious, fully equipped, and have plenty of beds. The quiet surroundings made for an unforgettable break, and we’ll be back! We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived, and the location was a great base for visiting the region.
