The yurt was extremely dirty. The mattress covers and bed frames were dirty, as were the cups and glasses we had to use for breakfast. It left us thinking the yurts aren’t properly looked after between guests. We had planned to stay two nights, but left after one. The booking didn’t say the tent had no toilet. We asked if we could switch, since the website showed tiny houses with toilets, but were told those facilities weren’t available. We’d already paid for two nights through a Smartbox package, and when we asked to leave early, we were asked to pay more for tourist tax and expenses, with no discount offered. We were also told to hand wash the breakfast cups.

The yurts are very spacious, and the facilities were clean. It’s a very quiet, tranquil spot, with horses in a nearby field. There are BBQs, plus a small play area with swings and a trampoline for kids. It works well as a base for the nearby beaches if you have a car. The owner is very friendly and her English is excellent. We enjoyed our two weeks. Massages are offered too, though I didn’t manage to have one.

The beds were hard, and the smell of the yurt’s wood was much stronger than I expected. It wasn’t really for us, though it was a nice one-night experience. If you’re not into camping, get a hotel. The toilets and showers are in another building.

An interesting, functional, beautiful yurt area, well shaded and quiet. It’s tucked away at the back of an industrial estate, out of the way.
