My wife and I keep coming back to Hob Fort du Pré, and every stay still has the same magic. It's become a place we hold dear, with a beautiful setting and an excellent restaurant. A special thank you to everyone on staff for the outstanding service, especially Mélanie. Her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism make each visit that much more special. We're grateful for another fantastic experience.

The hotel has lovely grounds, peaceful views, a nice pool, and a delicious restaurant. It's smart and clean, with good facilities, and the air conditioning in my room was welcome on a hot evening. I was hiking, so it wasn't very convenient for reaching the local village, though having a car would make that a non-issue. A lovely country house hotel.

After a long day's hike, it was a relief to reach this beautiful hotel. Mèlanie greeted me warmly and showed me to a pleasant room. The surrounding area is quiet and naturally beautiful, and the quaint village of St Bonnet le Froid is a short 1,5km walk away. There's a welcoming atmosphere, indoor and outdoor pools, recreational areas, and coffee and tea available. My room had a large, comfortable bathroom with an excellent shower and all the amenities, so there was no need to unpack much. Dinner was excellent in both taste and presentation, and the generous breakfast buffet means you'll have no need for lunch. Mèlanie also helped me sort out an issue, and I'm grateful for her assistance. Another place in the Ardeche to bookmark.

The hospitality and level of service were the real highlight. There's also an excellent restaurant, plus 2 swimming pools, sauna, jaccuzi & fitness area. I definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!
