I really wish negative stars were an option. The manager had a terrible attitude and was uncommunicative, with little sense of service. When I wasn’t satisfied with the solution, they wouldn’t discuss it or help at all. Instead, they just said, “We don’t negotiate.” How dare you?

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and quiet. I had a great time. I’m giving four stars because the ceiling in my room was being refurbished and didn’t look very good.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated in a modern style. I liked the lobby too, and the soundproofing was good. The walk-in shower was great, and it was good value for money.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had.
