The host was friendly, and the price is good for the location. The rooms look nice, like they’ve just been repainted. Breakfast is reasonably priced too.

Perfect stay, I loved it. The bathrooms are very clean.

The rooms are close to the train station and nicely equipped, which makes it a shame that the stay had several problems. My own room was clean and its bathroom spotless, but a friend in the next room found mold in the bathroom. Another friend, staying in a different room, found a suitcase left by a departing guest that hadn’t been cleaned. The receptionist’s French seemed somewhat limited, and breakfast wasn’t served because the dining room was being renovated. The rooms are nice, but two stars feels deserved.
