I called to book using a Wonderbox gift voucher, but the phone service was awful. The woman criticized me for having a voucher, asked for an extra payment, and went on about how many vouchers they'd sold and the money they'd lost. She was angry and incredibly condescending, basically blaming me for choosing a trip with this kind of partner. Apparently everything was booked anyway. Business is business, I guess, and a penny saved is a penny earned, so we'll go somewhere else. Avoid this place if you're using a Wonderbox voucher.

The stay went very badly. They automatically asked for an extra charge for any date on a box. Jean Luc kept talking about money and criticizing the box system, even though the only customers there were using that channel. Avoid at all costs. Obviously, you have to pay cash for the upgrade.

Good evening. We got a Wonderbox gift set for my wife's birthday and got the same poor reception over the phone. We didn't go ahead with it. My final words: sir, change your job!

The food, service, generous portions, and substantial dessert were all top-notch. Excellent restaurant, no complaints at all. Highly recommend it. Enjoy your meal!

Sylvie gave us a lovely, warm welcome and was very kind throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. I highly recommend her place.
