Really inventive cooking.

We had Thai food for dinner, and it was very tasty. The location is central, so it makes a good base. The hotel itself is simple and clean, with comfortable beds and helpful staff. Communication was tough because just two employees spoke English, and they weren’t always available. At breakfast, there were fruit, baguettes, jam, and croissants, but no cold cuts or cheese.

The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. I’d gladly come back and recommend it.

10/10
The room was simple, clean, and comfortable, and we had an excellent meal at the restaurant in a very pleasant setting. The chef’s Asian specialties were remarkable, and the whole family helped run the place and serve guests. Prices were very reasonable. At Les Ambassadeurs, we had a great experience. It’s ideally located near the train station and close to the GR7 hiking trail. The managers took over in June 2025 and are very welcoming and kind. We wish them lots of success with this wonderful project.
